Sourced from the book “Od podwody do czolga; wspomnienia wojenne, 1918-1945” (From Cart to Tank; Wartime Memoirs, 1918-1945) written by Gen. Stanisław Maczek (in Polish). The list was compiled by Col. Antoni Grudzinski based on personal diaries of the Commander-in-Chief and Minister of National Defence as well as Daily Orders of the 1st Polish Armoured Division. The list also appears in the book "Wykaz, Poleglych i Zmarlych Zolnierze Polskich Sil Zbrojnych na Obczyznie w Latach 1939-1946" published by the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum, London, England, 1952.
